Arizona Legal Vendors (arizonalegalvendors.com), run by Kinetiks Consulting LLC, is an independent directory of process servers and private investigators in Arizona. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to hello@arizonalegalvendors.com.
The short version
- The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or social media trackers while you browse.
- We collect only what you send us through our forms, plus the standard server logs our web host keeps.
- We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Information you give us
Our claim, advertising and contact forms ask for your name and email address, and depending on the form, your role, phone number, business name, license or certification number and a message. We use it to answer you, confirm that you speak for a business, update listings and arrange paid placement. Submissions are stored in the website’s database and sent to us by email.
Information collected automatically
Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider, Hostinger, and its content delivery network. They process your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and they keep that data in server logs under their own retention rules.
When you submit a form, we keep a one-way scrambled version (a hash) of your IP address for up to one hour, only to limit spam. Your actual IP address is not saved with your submission.
Cookies
Browsing the site sets no cookies. Site staff who log in to manage the site receive WordPress’s essential login cookies. If we ever add analytics or other cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Payments
Businesses that buy paid placement pay through Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout pages. We never see or store card numbers. Stripe tells us the payer’s name, email address, the business name entered at checkout and whether the payment went through. Stripe’s handling of your data is covered by the Stripe privacy policy.
Information about listed businesses
Listings are built from public sources: Google Maps business records, each business’s own website, the Arizona Supreme Court’s directory of certified process servers and the Arizona Department of Public Safety’s license search. Ratings shown on listings come from Google. Some listings name a person, such as a sole proprietor or the certified process server behind a business.
If you are named in a listing, you can claim it to correct it, or ask us through our contact page to correct or remove it.
How we share information
We share personal information only with the service providers that run the site for us (our web host, our email providers and Stripe for payments), or when the law requires it. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
Links to other websites
Listings link to business websites, Google Maps and state agency sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions while we need them to handle your request and keep the directory accurate, then delete them. Listing details stay published while the business is listed.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@arizonalegalvendors.com or use our contact page. We answer within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults hiring them. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
