Effective October 1, 2026.
These terms govern your use of arizonalegalvendors.com (the “site”), run by Kinetiks Consulting LLC, doing business as Arizona Legal Vendors (“we” or “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you buy paid placement, the section on paid placement also applies to you.
What this site is
Arizona Legal Vendors is an independent directory of process servers and private investigators in Arizona. We are not a law firm or a lawyer referral service, and nothing on the site is legal advice. We are not affiliated with the Arizona Supreme Court, the Arizona Department of Public Safety or any other court or agency.
We do not employ, supervise or endorse the businesses listed here. If you hire one, the agreement is between you and that business, and we are not a party to it.
Listing information
Listings are compiled from public sources: business records on Google Maps, each business’s own website, the Arizona Supreme Court’s directory of certified process servers and the Department of Public Safety’s license search. Ratings come from Google. We work to keep listings accurate, but information can be incomplete or out of date.
A Certified or DPS-licensed badge means we found a matching record on the date shown. It is not a guarantee that a certification or license is current today. Before you hire anyone, confirm the certification or license yourself with the state.
Free listings, claims and removals
Businesses may be listed without asking us, and a basic listing is free. A business can claim its listing to correct it, or ask us to remove it through our contact page. We may ask for proof that you speak for the business before we make changes.
We decide what appears on the site. We may edit, decline, hide or remove any listing, for example when it is inaccurate, when the business does not offer the services we list, or when we cannot confirm a required certification or license.
Paid placement
Businesses can pay to appear in the Featured section at the top of certain pages. Current plans, prices and limits are on our Advertise page. Paid placement changes where a listing appears. It never changes a listing’s rating, its badges or what the listing says, and paid listings are always labeled Featured.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans renew each year until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time by replying to your receipt or emailing hello@arizonalegalvendors.com. Your placement stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and it is not renewed after that. We do not refund partial periods.
- Founding member price. Where offered, the founding member price applies for the first 12 months of a Featured plan. After that, the plan renews at the regular Featured price unless you cancel.
- Free month for our badge. Where offered, the free month requires our badge to stay on your website while the offer applies. If the badge is removed, we may end the free month.
- Availability. County and statewide sponsorships are limited in number. We may decline a request, for example when spots are full or the business does not meet our listing standards.
- Ending a placement. We may end a paid placement if the business gives us false information, loses a required certification or license, or breaks these terms. If we end it for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of the period.
If you list or advertise a business
You confirm that you are authorized to act for the business and that the information you send us is accurate. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your work, including Arizona’s rules for certified process servers and its licensing law for private investigators, and for any claims you make about your services.
Using the site
Please do not copy the directory in bulk, scrape it with automated tools, send spam or false information through our forms, pretend to be someone else, or interfere with how the site works. We may block access for anyone who does.
Our content and other people’s
The site’s design, text, guides and the way listings are compiled belong to us. Business names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the business.
The site links to other websites, including business websites, Google Maps, state agency sites and Stripe’s checkout. We are not responsible for those sites or their content.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any business listed on the site, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid us nothing.
